CAREER PLANNER
Serve as an ambassador for the Hampton Roads Maritime Training System (HRMTS), guiding individuals into careers in shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore wind. This role provides case management, eligibility assessment, and career support while connecting participants to training, employers, and community resources. You’ll also support outreach efforts and events that promote maritime career opportunities. This is a grant-funded position.
