HRMTS Stevens Statement

The Hampton Roads Maritime Training System (HRMTS) was established using an $11 million (44%) Good Jobs Challenge Grant awarded by the Economic Development Administration. It is supported by $11.9 million (48%) provided through BlueForge Alliance in partnership with the U.S. Department of the Navy, $150,000 from the U.S. Department of Labor, and $2.0 million (8%) from non-federal sources.
